My friend and I stayed here for 3 days, 2 nights, Tues-Thurs a few weeks ago for our quick girls trip. Each night was about $200+, and we had a room on the 4th floor. Single queen room. Pros: - VERY central and convenient location - walkable to downtown Seattle and Pike's Place, we did not need to rent a car. In fact it was so central that ubers would come in 0-1 mins and be outside waiting before we were even ready, and uber prices to close by restaurants in this area go for ~$10 at all times of day. - complimentary wine tasting hour from 5-6pm every Monday to Friday - we happened to be around at this time and it was actually really fun (in the upstairs area) - there's couches and you get to taste a white, rose, and red, and the pours were pretty generous. - The room is very simple, but there's a fridge, 2 waterbottles daily, outlets in all the right places, and room service was very helpful in replenishing supplies. - Decently safe/secure. You need a keycard to use the elevator up, and the front desk people seem pretty attentive. - Very fast check in and check out process. - The room was a good temperature - Really good water pressure in the shower Cons: - the sink is very shallow so it can be easily splashy if you accidentally turn the water pressure on too much - the tub was really high (or maybe I'm really short??) and I would often catch my foot trying to get into the tub - I looked back at my booking later and realized I actually booked a DOUBLE queen room, not a single ! But I will say this is on me because I didn't notice until after we left so I didn't ask for this to be fixed. - Weirdly the toilet paper is a very far reach from where you're sitting on the toilet. - Really bad wifi, we ended up not even utilizing it because it was so slow - Not really ADA accessible - you have to use stairs to get to the elevator - Appreciated that the TV had all the good cable channels TLDR: DO YOUR RESEARCH. This hotel is a GREAT location if you're trying to eat a lot of omakase, don't plan on bringing a car, and if you're going to mostly spend your time out of the hotel. Biggest plus is efficiency and location, which was exactly what we were looking for. Other than the bed mixup, overall we had a really solid stay.
